One of Canada's finest big bands, these 19 musicians will perform all of your favorites from the big band era, as well as many jazz and vocal standards from the last 70 years. The band will be introduced by Glen Woodcock and Jaymz Bee from Jazz FM91.1, as they start their famous "Big Band Jazz Safari" from Lula, so make your dinner reservation early, as this will guarantee seating. Doors open at 6:30, first set at 7:30 pm admission $10.

Swing Shift Big Band was formed in 1996 to ensure the big band tradition was carried on by a group of dedicated professionals, and has since become one of the most respected and busiest big bands in Ontario. With 17 musicians and Larisa Renee and Dave Statham on vocals, the variety that is delivered by this band is unmatched anywhere. Since there is a large wooden dance floor, please wear your favorite dancing shoes, as we're sure the music will move you to get up and dance.
