Holiday Menus for Groups of 20 or more

During the holiday season, groups of 20 or more can either choose our family-style service or opt for our special holiday plated menu. This style of service ensures that all your guests will enjoy their food at the same time and that our team can make your holiday celebration one to remember for years to come.

Appetizers

KALE & QUINOA SALAD

a mixture of baby kale, tri-coloured quinoa, dried cherries, cranberries & raisins. tossed in a citrus-mango vinaigrette and topped with heirloom carrot slivers, orange segments and toasted almonds. 

 

TOSSED MIXED GREEN SALAD

mixed mesclun greens with cherry tomatoes, sliced carrots and cucumber, tossed in a red currant dressing.

 

FRIED CALAMARI

buttermilk-soaked calamari rings, crispy-fried & seasoned with a special blend of herbs & spices. Served with lemon aioli.

 

ALAS DE POLLO

crispy, seasoned chicken wings tossed in a dry Cajun rub, served with sour cream. A side of Lula’s house-made Caribbean hot sauce available upon request.

CLASSIC JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN

spicy boneless chicken topped with an authentic Jamaican jerk sauce. 

 

ROASTED AAA BEEF STRIP LOIN

served in a red wine demi-glace with horseradish.

 

BRAISED PORK SHOULDER

a classically braised & slow-cooked pork shoulder topped with pickled red onion & an annatto, aji panca & hominy corn sauce.  

 

PAN-SEARED SALMON FILLET

topped with a thyme and cranberry, beurre-blanc sauce

 

QUINOA, CRANBERRY AND SPINACH RAVIOLI

in a chunky sauce of roma and sun-dried tomatoes, (vegan, individually plated)

made with 100% real back-fin crab meat, sweet pepper, corn, onion, garlic & cilantro. Served on a bed of mixed green dressed in Marie rose dressing.

frisee lettuce with fresh strawberries, dried cranberries, cherries and raisins in a pomegranate vinaigrette.

SURF N TURF

AAA roasted beef tenderloin with your choice of grilled shrimp or lobster tail on a creamy mushroom risotto with honey-lavender glazed carrots.

 

VEGAN OPTION - ordered in advance

portobello mushroom & lentil agnolotti served on grilled asparagus and garnish with roasted cherry tomatoes

The first course 
will be served a maximum of 30 minutes after the reservation time you choose. This helps you to plan your evening and our staff to ensure that your food is freshly prepared, hot and ready in time to make sure that your guests can hit the dance floor when the band takes the party to the next level.
 

Deposit
Due to demand during the holiday season, a deposit of half of the estimated cost  will be required when booking your party with the balance payable the night of your party.
 

5 days before your party 
we’ll need final guest numbers - your dinner bill will be based on the final number that you provide to us. 
 

Less than 5 days before your party
 it may be possible to increase the number in your party subject to availability, but decreases in party numbers will not result in a reduction in the bill after this point.
 
Prices do not include tax, tip or beverages. 13% hst and 18% gratuity will be added.
 
The prices do include a beginner dance lesson, DJ and two sets of live salsa by a full salsa orchestra.
