The evening features a sumptuous tropical fusion four course dinner, a beginner salsa lesson with Baila Boogaloo Dance Co. & DJ x spinning a mix of top 40 and Latin dance hits plus two full sets of high energy live salsa by the Cuban ensemble Havana Ventu and a toast with bubbly at midnight!

Beginner Salsa Lesson with Baila Boogaloo + DJ
You don't need a partner to enjoy our 9:00pm beginner salsa lesson! Baila Boogaloo instructors will lead ua through the salsa basics while more experienced dancers can warm up for the best salsa party in town. Between sets and until closing time, DJ X spins a dance floor friendly mix of salsa, merengue, bachata and top 40.
