Lula Celebrates International Women's Day

Featuring Hannah Georgas, Valeria Matzner, Marta Elena, Roberta Hunt, Alex Pangman and more, Lula's March programming highlights the work of Toronto-based women artists.

The coming weeks at Lula are full of fabulous music made by women artists working in the the genres of jazz, samba, salsa, pop and folk. On March 7th, Massey Hall presents IMPRINTS, a celebration of self-identifying women and non-binary artists in music, featuring JUNO-nominated indie singer-songwriter Hannah Georgas and her special guests.

On March 8th, Lula presents Uruguayan vocalist, percussionist and songwriter Valeria Matzner followed by two sets high energy salsa by Cuban vocalist Marta Elena.
