THE Perfect FRIDAY
Night Out!

- Arrive between 7pm and 8pm to enjoy dinner and tropical drinks.

- 9pm dance lesson will get you warmed up and the party started! No previous dance experience or partner necessary!

- 10pm one of TOs best salsa bands will start the party!

- Between the live music sets the DJ will keep the party going all night with top 40 and Latin, Salsa, Bachata and Reggeaton hits. The perfect night for a birthday party or bachelorette or any special occasion!

 

Just want to dance the night away but don't need a seat? General Admission or Line By-Pass Tickets are available for each event. These general admission/dancing-only tickets do not include food or seating but do include the  9pm dance lesson!

Shrimp Ceviche
Citrus-marinated shrimp with a refreshing burst of lemon and lime, served over spring mix dressed in our homemade tequila vinaigrette, finished with cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, and a delicate sweet potato foam. + $8

Chipotle Quinoa Salad

Spring greens, quinoa, and roasted corn, cucumbers and diced onions, all brought together by a sweet and smoky honey chipotle vinaigrette. (V)

Sweet Potato Brava Puffs

Crispy, golden sweet potato puffs topped with Parmesan and served with bravas sauce.

 

Salmon Tartare

Sushi-grade salmon, marinated in a rich bourbon glaze, paired with fresh homemade tortilla chips and a side of honey chipotle aioli. A perfect balance of sweet and spicy. + $10

 

Chicken Taco al Pastor

Smoky chili and achiote seed-marinated roasted chicken, served on a soft corn tortilla with a refreshing Baja-style slaw, cilantro, diced onions, and sweet pineapple.

Chipotle Chicken Supreme

Succulent roasted chicken supreme with crispy skin, served with creamy mashed potatoes, honey-roasted Brussels sprouts, and roasted peppers, finished with a chipotle Andrew Peller red wine au jus. (GF)

Slow-Braised Short Ribs

Rich and tender beef short ribs, slow-braised in an Andrew Peller red wine demi-glace, served with subtly garlic-infused mashed potatoes, honey-roasted Brussels sprouts, and roasted peppers. + $18 (GF)

 

Sweet and Tangy Braised Pork

Honey chili-braised pork shoulder, slow-cooked to perfection, served with subtly garlic-infused mashed potatoes, honey-roasted Brussels sprouts, and roasted peppers, topped with a savory Andrew Peller red wine demi-glaze.
 

Oven-Baked Salmon

Perfectly baked salmon filet, creamy mashed sweet potatoes, accompanied by honey-roasted Brussels sprouts and roasted peppers, velvety lemon béchamel sauce.


Cauliflower Linguine

Linguine tossed with charred cherry tomatoes, corn, and fresh spinach in a delicate cauliflower Andrew Peller white wine sauce. (V) (GF upon request)

Chimichurri Steak
