Lulaworld Records Fest: Sept 16 - 19

Toronto’s home to Latin Brazilian and global roots music launches its 19th fall season with a four-day celebration of artists on the award-winning Lulaworld Records label.

Presented by Lula Music and Arts Centre in collaboration with Small World Music's 25 for 25 series and the Little Portugal BIA.

Join us from Thursday, September 16- Sunday, September 19. at Lula Lounge and outside in the Lula neighbourhood to experience the salsa, champeta, forró, Latin hip hop and reggae treats that Lula artists have been cooking up for us over the long months of the pandemic.

Featured artists include Grammy and Juno nominees and winners alongside emerging projects from the ever-expanding Lulaworld universe!

Thursday, September 16 - OKAN with special guests and opening set by Danae Olano

Friday, September 17 - Ammoye album release party with opening set by Catchfiyah

Saturday, September 18 - 4pm Lady Yetunde, 6pm Eliana Cuevas, 8pm Maria and the Band at 1200 Dundas West

plus Lula All Stars at Lula Lounge at 8pm.

Sunday, September 19 - Beny Esguerra and New Tradition Music with opening set by Nimkii Osawamik
